What TableFuse is

TableFuse is a spreadsheet editor with an AI agent. It comes in two forms: a desktop application (macOS) sold through the Mac App Store, and a free browser-based preview at tablefuse.com/app. These terms cover both.

License

The TableFuse source code is released under the Business Source License 1.1 (BSL 1.1). You may use, copy, and modify the code for non-production purposes. Production use requires a commercial license or purchase of the desktop app. The full license text is in the LICENSE file.

Your data

You own your data. TableFuse does not claim any rights to the files you open, create, or transform. The desktop app operates entirely on your local filesystem. The web preview holds uploaded files in memory for the session and deletes them when the session ends. See the privacy page for details.

Third-party model providers

The agent sends queries to the model provider you configure (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, or a local model). Your use of those services is subject to their own terms. TableFuse is not responsible for how third-party providers handle the data sent to them. The web preview uses a TableFuse-managed API key and is subject to a daily usage cap.

Web preview limits

The free web preview has a daily usage cap on agent queries. This cap may change. We may suspend or discontinue the web preview at any time. The desktop app has no usage limits beyond your own model provider’s rate limits.

No warranty

TableFuse is provided as-is. We do not guarantee that the agent will produce correct results. Always verify output before acting on it. We are not liable for data loss, incorrect transformations, or any damages resulting from use of the software.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Changes take effect when posted to this page. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
